Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. AutoResQ is a tow-dispatch platform for licensed dispatchers, tow companies, and drivers. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and legally authorized to perform the role you select (dispatcher, tow company, or driver).

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent activity.
• No objectionable, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content in photos, notes, or messages.
• No impersonation, scraping, or interfering with the service.
• No uploading content you do not have rights to share.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and offending content/users are removed.

User-generated content

Job notes, photos, and signatures you upload remain yours. You grant AutoResQ a limited license to host and display that content to authorized job parties for service purposes.

Reporting & blocking

Every job detail screen includes Report and Block actions. Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocked users cannot interact with you on future jobs.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AutoResQ is not responsible for the acts of dispatchers, drivers, or third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoResQ's liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
